L&T's Buildings & Factories (B&F) vertical was conferred the coveted Excellence in Change Management Award at The Economic Times’ Human Capital Awards (ETHCA) 2024. The award acknowledges B&F’s ‘Manthan’ – a talent identification and development process supporting succession planning, capability building, and fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion. The award was received by L&T’s Mr T Shivaram (Head – HR, B&F) and Ms Bhawna Verma (Sr Manager – HR, B&F) at the ET HR Nextech Conference on 22 February in New Delhi. ETHCA – an initiative of ET HR World, a digital initiative of ET crafted for the HR community – aims to inspire leaders to grow their human capital by investing in their people, processes, and culture. Over 2,000 entries for across 20 categories underwent a rigorous multi-stage jury process that was tabulated by EY, the official tabulation partner for the awards.
