Mindtree has been recognised as Great Place to Work-Certified™ in India for 2022-23. This is the second consecutive year that it has received the prestigious certification for building a high-trust, high-performance culture.
Mindtree received a high score on the Trust Index© with a large percentage of the respondents rating it 4 or 5 on a 5-point scale in response to 59 statements of the survey. The company earned high scores for each of the five dimensions of Trust Index – credibility of management, respect for people, fairness at the workplace, pride, and camaraderie between people.
Elated by the recognition, Mindtree CEO & MD Mr Debashis Chatterjee says that the Great Place to Work® certification – considered the gold standard for workplace excellence globally – is as much a testament to Mindtree’s purpose-driven, people-focused culture as it is a celebration of the passion, dedication, and perseverance of the employees.

In addition to this, Mindtree also recently earned two coveted awards for Diversity & Inclusion (D&I). The Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry(ASSOCHAM) has adjudged the company first runner-up in the ‘Best Employer for Women’ category and the second runner-up in the ‘Best Employer for Policies on Diversity & Inclusion’ category among organisations with more than 5000 employees.
The honours came Mindtree’s way in ASSOCHAM’s prestigious Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Awards. It was chosen from nearly 100 nominations across sectors for its integrated approach to D&I at the workplace.
