BlueVerse Blossoms
LTM continues to launch products that help clients outcreate

In the past few months, many businesses have benefitted from LTM’s new solutions and systems.

BlueVerse™ M.A.X.

In May, LTM introduced BlueVerse M.A.X. – an end-to-end marketing orchestration system built on Agentforce Marketing by Salesforce to help global brands engage with their audiences more effectively. It helps businesses deliver highly personalised, AI-powered customer experiences across different geographic markets by combining autonomous digital agents with human expertise to streamline complex marketing operations.

By managing repetitive tasks across campaign creation, personalisation and execution, these agents allow marketing teams to optimise their workflows using pre-configured customer journeys and reusable digital assets. The integration of automated capabilities and human oversight helps organisations lower operational expenses while maintaining a strong focus on high-quality, creative output, allowing teams to focus on strategy execution.

Salesforce’s Agentforce embeds intelligence directly into campaign planning, execution and optimisation. The collaboration provides brands with the tools needed to rapidly scale their outreach and secure a faster return on investment.

BlueVerse for iRun

In June, LTM unveiled BlueVerse for iRun, an AI-native managed services platform designed to automate enterprise IT operations.

Aiming to handle 60% to 70% of IT issues without human help, iRun speeds up incident-resolution times by 40% to 60%, and prevents up to 50% of potential system failures.

BlueVerse for iRun embeds governance from the ground up, incorporating policy-bound execution, human-in-the-loop decisioning and full auditability, ensuring that enterprises can deploy agentic AI with the confidence, control and transparency their regulators, customers and boards demand. It extends the BlueVerse ecosystem into integrated operations, spanning application management, cognitive infrastructure services and cybersecurity, helping enterprises enhance traditional managed services.

BlueVerse on Databricks

In June, LTM and Databricks launched BlueVerse for Databricks, which helps enterprises accelerate AI-driven data monetisation.

It addresses critical challenges in the secure and efficient management of data and compute resources, while optimising business processes and offering pre-built industry solutions that unlock greater value from AI initiatives. It helps companies reimagine everyday business processes as AI-optimised workflows.

It accelerates time-to-value through pre-built, industry-specific solutions across Manufacturing, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Media & Entertainment and Retail & Consumer Goods, along with custom implementations that leverage BlueVerse’s domain-specific accelerators and models. It puts agentic AI into the operating fabric of the enterprise, with reusable assets, embedded governance and industry-ready accelerators that shorten the distance between platform and production.

AI 1000 CoE

In June, in Bengaluru, LTM launched “AI 1000”, a targeted workforce transformation initiative anchored by a dedicated Centre of Excellence (CoE) which will develop a specialised pool of over 1,000 AI-certified engineers, preparing them for the role of the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE).

FDEs combine deep technical knowledge of large language models and domain-specific small language models with a keen understanding of business strategy. The AI 1000 initiative provides the structured training, platforms and governed career frameworks required to develop these hybrid professionals at scale, enabling the FDEs to turn complex algorithms into quantifiable, real-world returns for international clients.

The CoE adopts a systematic, four-stage developmental model: Identify, Enable, Deploy and Govern. High-potential talent is selected using a proprietary AI Readiness Index, followed by curated learning paths, collaborative hackathons and real-world programme deployment.

A robust governance framework monitors performance in the field, feeding practical insights back into the CoE to create a continuous loop of professional growth.

Managed Secure Service Edge Technology

In June, at Cisco Live 2026 in Las Vegas, LTM launched its Managed Secure Service Edge (SSE) solution. Built directly on Cisco Secure Access, the cloud-native offering is designed to secure application access and protect hybrid workforces as they increasingly adopt GenAI tools and models.

The system enables IT administrators to monitor and manage access policies without toggling between multiple, disconnected security tools. LTM integrates its own AI-led managed services and deep cybersecurity expertise, enabling businesses to scale modern defenses without sacrificing operational agility.

Backed by over 4,000 security professionals and nine Cyber Defense Resiliency Centres, LTM ensures that organisations remained protected against emerging digital vulnerabilities.

BlueVerse RightLogic

In July, LTM introduced BlueVerse RightLogic – a cybersecurity assessment and risk assurance framework to help enterprises see, prioritise and remediate cyber exposure as they scale AI adoption.

It provides a unified, business-aligned view of enterprise exposure and enables a decisive shift away from fragmented, point-in-time assessments towards continuous, evidence-led risk management.

The framework combines an end-to-end AI and cyber exposure assessment engine with a structured execution model that spans the journey from assessment to remediation. It examines enterprise exposure across multiple dimensions, such as software supply chain risk, legacy systems, network exposure, identity and access controls, AI-specific risks and governance readiness.

The framework integrates an outside-in view of adversarial exposure with an inside-out assessment of enterprise readiness across people, process and technology. A dedicated AI-specific risk lens ensures that emerging threats unique to AI systems are assessed with the necessary depth and specificity.

It enables faster response cycles, improved risk visibility and a governed pathway for secure AI adoption at scale, giving enterprises the confidence to move quickly without compromising on control. For CIOs, CISOs and Boards navigating an unpredictable threat environment, it offers a business-aligned, evidence-led way to quantify cyber exposure and act accordingly.

BlueVerse Currency

LTM launched an AI-linked commercial model that ties enterprise technology pricing to measurable business results rather than hours billed. BlueVerse Currency helps organisations scale agentic AI across their core operations with clear financial alignment.

The model consolidates the full BlueVerse capability stack into a single transactional construct. Underpinned by a hybrid structure of fixed and variable pricing, the system allows for use-case-specific pricing constructs. These custom models apply directly to core services.

By combining these diverse resources into one clear framework, organisations avoid the administrative burden of managing separate contracts for software licenses, human consulting and cloud compute usage.

Supporting highly fungible resourcing, the model allows organisations to dynamically reallocate their contract budgets and personnel mid-contract to align with shifting business priorities, helping them reinvest operational savings directly back into fast-paced innovation projects.

Business Orchestration Platform

In May, at SAP Sapphire in Florida, LTM unveiled its Business Orchestration Platform – an AI-powered solution that uses LTM BlueVerse to bring decision-making and execution together into a single, cohesive operating layer.

It enables organisations to easily onboard and scale SAP-focused AI agents, helping them run more autonomously, thus delivering immediate, quantifiable improvements. Organisations reported 40% fewer manual interventions and up to 60% faster resolution of operational incidents, allowing teams to focus on strategic growth rather than routine maintenance.

The platform ensures that enterprise systems remain agile in a rapidly changing business landscape.
