LTIMindtree to enhance operations of Greece-based banking group and Danish mineral-processing farm
 
Eurobank, a leading banking group in in Greece, has entered a collaboration with LTIMindtree (LTIM) to enhance its customer experience by improving banking operations and building innovative IT services. The collaboration, enabled by Fairfax Digital Services, includes the establishment of a Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Pune, which was inaugurated on 17 February.
 
This is yet another testimony to the strong economic ties between Greece and India. Complementing LTIM’s recently established office in Greece, the GDC will drive technology modernisation and digital innovation, as well as enhance and maintain critical banking applications. The initiative will empower Eurobank Group to effectively meet growing customer demands as it expands its services.
 
Additionally, as part of the multi-year collaboration, LTIM has been selected as services partner for Eurobank Luxembourg’s Temenos implementation programme, providing maintenance, data migration, quality assurance and post- production support services to the bank.
 
LTIM will help drive innovation and modernise technology infrastructure of Eurobank Group in Cyprus, Luxembourg and Greece.
 
In another development, LTIM has partnered with FLS, Denmark-based leading full flowsheet mineral processing supplier to the global mining industry, to strategically transform its application services portfolio.
 
LTIM will maintain and support FLS Mining’s vast and complex application landscape. By leveraging the power of AI and automation tools, LTIM will assist FLS Mining in reducing complexity and enabling business efficiency.
 
The engagement is a testament to LTIM’s ability to support the diverse needs of a demanding industry and bring futuristic innovations to a client’s system. As the key enabler in FLS’s strategic transformation journey, LTIM remains committed to streamlining business processes and simplifying outcomes for end customers.
