LTIMindtree earns two coveted honours for its robust sustainability practices
In a first, L&T Group company – LTIMindtree (LTIM) – has been included in S&P’s prestigious Sustainability Yearbook 2025. The remarkable feat is a testament to LTIM’s commitment to sustainability and transparent practices.
S&P Sustainability Yearbook is an annual compendium of companies that demonstrate strong sustainability practices, improvements in ESG metrics, and transparent and accountable sustainability reporting.
LTIM’s inclusion is based on its S&P 2024 Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) Score, where it scored an impressive 64 out of 100. Further, although 7,690 companies from 62 industries worldwide were assessed for the 2024 CSA, only 780 companies made it into the Sustainability Yearbook 2025.
What makes LTIM’s inclusion even more exclusive is that, in the IT Services industry, 165 companies were evaluated – but only 20 made it to the Yearbook.
Coveted CDP Ranking
LTIM has also earned an “A-” score in the 2024 CDP ranking. A globally recognised non-profit, CDP is the gold standard for environmental disclosures and independent assessments.
Over 24,800 companies participated, representing two-thirds of global market capitalisation, but only about 5% were recognised in the Global Leadership League (A and A-) in the Climate Change category. This is the fifth consecutive year in which LTIM has earned this distinction.
LTIM’s ranking reveals that its sustainability practices meet rigorous international standards. Its ranking is particularly noteworthy, because the industry’s average score, both in India and globally, falls within B and C on the 8-rank scale (A, A-, B, B-, C, C-, D, D-).
The twin recognition strengthens LTIM’s global standing, and communicates to the market the company’s unwavering dedication to integrating sustainable practices throughout its operations.
