Venu Lambu returns to LTIMindtree
In a significant leadership transition, LTIMindtree (LTIM) appointed Venu Lambu as CEO (Designate) & Whole- time Director in January. This, in a sense, is a homecoming for him.
Mr Lambu was once President & Executive Director - Global Markets at LTIM, and left in 2023, joining as the CEO of Randstad Digital, a Dutch multinational human resource consulting firm. Since returning to LTIM, he is working closely with Debashis Chatterjee, LTIM’s current CEO & Managing Director, to ensure a smooth and effective transition.

Mr Lambu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mysore and a general management certification from the London School of Business.
He brings with him over three decades experience in the technology and services industry, where he has been a driving force behind strategies and hyper-growth. In his previous role at LTIM, he transformed global markets and consistently delivered profitable growth. Prior to that, he has held leadership positions at Cognizant, HCL Technologies and IBM.
