L&T Heavy Civil Infrastructure (HCI) vertical’s HR team picked up three trophies at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Chief Learning Officers (CLO) Awards 2024:

 

Dr R Balasubramaniam (Capacity Building Commission – Government of India), Prof Sasmita Palo (Faculty – Tata Institute of Social Sciences) and Kumaar Bagrodia (Founder – LeapVault CLO Summit India) handed over the trophies to HCI’s HR team at the award ceremony in Mumbai in November.

 

TISS CLO Awards are prestigious recognitions for excellence in learning, talent development, leadership, and organisational development.

 

In 2024, 290 organisations competed for these coveted accolades, of which 37 were conferred awards across various categories. The awards ceremony was hosted in Mumbai in November.
