LTIMindtree earns twin recognition for customer satisfaction and a disability-friendly workplace
Whitelane Research an independent entity focused on IT sourcing studies across Europe, has ranked LTIMindtree (LTIM) second in customer satisfaction in the 2023 IT Sourcing Study for Germany. LTIM’s overall customer satisfaction score of 80% is well above the industry average of 74%.
The survey also ranked LTIM first on service delivery quality and second on transformative innovation. LTIM was also one of the two companies with 5% or more above average score across all the four KPIs for the survey – transformative innovation, account management, service delivery and price level.
The study, comprising more than 245 participants from the top IT spending organisations in Germany, has evaluated over 700 unique IT sourcing relationships and 800 cloud sourcing relationships.
ASSOCHAM has conferred LTIM the first runner-up award for Employer for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs). The award, given at ASSOCHAM’s 4th Diversity & Inclusion Excellence Awards and Conclave, recognises initiatives in promoting inclusion of PwDs within the workplace and beyond.
Inclusion is felt in various ways – day-to-day interactions, person-to-person connections, inclusive workspaces (including foldable stretchers, motorised wheelchairs, evacuation chairs, specially-designed washrooms), inclusive digital spaces (e.g., a WCAG2.1 Level AA compliant website), sensitisation programmes, neurodiversity, disability sensitisation courses, WFH, etc.
Sensitisation: LTIM regularly conducts awareness programmes on disability to build a more inclusive environment and enable teams to craft inclusive practices in their functions, while integrating people with disabilities.
Neurodiversity: LTIM creates awareness about and normalising the differences in thinking and behaviour. It conducts workshops on MSWord Accessibility focused on best practices in creating documents that persons with vision impairment can easily assimilate.
The company also runs an awareness course on Disability Sensitisation encompassing an understanding of disability, types of disabilities, and about the appropriate language while interacting with a person with disability.
Depending on their actual need, LTIM allows persons with disabilities to opt for a full-time work-from-home if they so desire.
