L&T’s commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) continues to earn it laurels at various forums. In the latest instance, L&T’s HR team won a bronze medal at The Economic Times Future Skills Awards 2023. The recognition came L&T’s way specifically for its Diversity & Inclusion Learning Initiative.
Ms Avani Vansia (Head – HR, Onshore, L&T Energy Hydrocarbon), and Ms Aswini Sridhar (Assistant Manager – Corporate HR) received the medal at the ET HR World Future Skills Conference & Awards ceremony hosted at Gurugram in July.
