Rising even higher from its position as a famed construction and engineering company, L&T is progressively positioning itself as a tech-driven conglomerate, with a significant presence in new-age businesses. In its LAKSHYA 2026 strategic plan, one of the areas that L&T has identified for growth is real estate. Taking FY21-22 as the base year, its target is to double the revenue from real estate business by 2026.
 
In our cover story, we narrate the genesis and evolution of L&T Realty, putting into perspective how the entity is making a mark.
