In L&T, 2022 will be marked by a thrust on new-age businesses. This is exemplified by the to be launched L&T-SuFin, a digital business platform offering first-ever dedicated B2B marketplace of industrial and construction products and services to India’s SMEs and corporates.
This comes close to the launch in October last of L&T EduTech, which promises to be a gamechanger in India’s e-learning spectrum. It is in line with the national imperative of skilling for employability.
Also, the L&T Group company LTI has launched Fosfor – an integrated product suite to help clients monetise data. This issue of News & Views is enriched by articles on all these new-age businesses.
As a bit of a spoiler to the spirit is the sudden resurgence of COVID-19, especially with its latest variant Omicron. The surge is a cause for concern and hence, there is no alternative to being careful and sticking to COVID-appropriate behaviour.
