L&T Finance completes three decades of excellence in NBFC sector
L&T Finance (LTF) celebrated its 30th anniversary in November. The event, hosted at LTF headquarters in Mumbai, was graced by L&T CMD S N Subrahmanyan (who also happens to be the Chairperson of LTF), L&T CFO R Shankar Raman (who is also a non- executive director of LTF), and the other members of LTF’s Board of Directors.
A M Naik (Chairman Emeritus – L&T), Mr Subrahmanyan, Mr Shankar Raman, Sudipta Roy (MD & CEO – LTF) and Dinanath Dubhashi (Advisor to LTF Chairperson) shared their thoughts on the milestone through video messages.
LTF unveiled a new logo on the occasion, underscoring how the company has established itself as a diversified retail non- banking financial company over the past three decades.
It also launched a beta version of the company’s new website – www. ltfinance.com – keeping in mind customer convenience, accessibility, and innovation. An exclusive preview of LTF’s new TV commercials featuring cricketer Jasprit Bumrah, who is LTF’s brand ambassador for two-wheeler and SME loans, was screened for the gathering.
A coffee-table book, KALAN, capturing the inspirational journey of 25 women under LTF’s flagship CSR project, Digital Sakhi, was unveiled at the event by Mr Subrahmanyan, Mr Shankar Raman, Mr Roy and LTF Company Secretary & Chief Sustainability Officer Apurva Rathod.
The LTF team also used the opportunity to celebrate the 40th work anniversary of Mr Subrahmanyan and 30th work anniversary of Mr Shankar Raman.
The evening concluded with a captivating musical performance by the winners of the L&T Finance Got Talent competition.
In a separate development, LTF opened a new office at L&T Business Park, Mahape in Navi Mumbai. Mr Roy inaugurated it in the presence of senior officials.
Equipped with modern amenities, it will seat 1,300+ employees attached to the company’s accounts, legal and customer support departments.
